Marco scanned the horizon carefully. It was easy to become lazy and be taken by surprise in this vacant landscape. Many deadly foes, human and animal, existed in this world. Letting out a sigh of relief on finding his surroundings empty, Marco turn and removed the box from his back. He sat on the cold ground resting his hand instinctively on the case. His most precious possession, the reason he gave up his comfortable life and all his friends. Well, all but one. Crystal. His one true friend. She lost more than he could have ever hoped to have when she left with him. He hated himself for be so weak as to let her come with him, but he had just been so afraid when he left that he ignored what she would loose. He let out yet another heavy sigh.

"What's up? That case getting to heavy for your old bones? You've been sighing and puffing for the last week, now." Crystal teased.
"I should never have let you come with me. I mean look around compared to what you had this is worse that prison!"
"Uhhh, not this miffin topic again. I told you. It was MY choice to come, and you couldn't have stopped me if you had tried to. So will you just accept that I'm here and quit moping about it and find us something to eat."
